Existing-Condition (Topographic) Mapping

An existing-condition map is the base map that shows the current state of the land, including buildings, roads, utilities, property boundaries and elevation. It is the first base layer for zoning plans, engineering projects, expropriation and infrastructure works. We produce it to the standards of the Large-Scale Map and Map Information Production Regulation (BÖHHBÜY) and submit it to the relevant authority (municipality, provincial administration or the commissioning body) for checking and approval. Where needed, we combine terrestrial surveying with drone photogrammetry to obtain fast, consistent results over large areas too.
