Cadastral and Title Deed Services

We handle the surveying, preparation and follow-up of the cadastral procedures for your parcel from start to finish, in line with the regulations of TKGM (General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre). We survey to centimetre accuracy with RTK GNSS connected to the TUSAGA-Aktif network and follow your file through the cadastre directorate’s review all the way to registration at the land registry.

Process steps

• Application & Documents — Application with title deed details and power of attorney; TAKBİS/MEGSİS registry queries. (1 day)
• Field Survey — Survey of parcel corners and details with RTK GNSS / total station. (1–3 days)
• Office Work — Computations, drafting and technical report; municipal council file where required. (2–5 days)
• Cadastral Review — Review and approval by the Cadastre Directorate. (3–10 days)
• Registration / Delivery — Registration at the land registry office and handover of documents. (1–3 days)

Required documents

• Copy of the title deed or block/parcel number
• Copy of the owner(s)’ Turkish ID card (passport for foreign nationals)
• Notarised power of attorney for procedures carried out by a representative
• Municipal council (encümen) decision for subdivision/consolidation
• Occupancy permit (iskan) for a change of property type
• Municipal letter confirming no outstanding property tax for subdivision, consolidation and change of property type
• Certificate of inheritance (in case of succession)
• Authority letter and expropriation plan for expropriation cases
