From greenhouse and citrus land in Kumluca, Finike, Demre, Serik and Aksu to dry farmland in Elmalı and Korkuteli, we carry out surveying and cadastral procedures for rural parcels. Subdivision of agricultural land is governed by Soil Conservation and Land Use Law No. 5403: divisions below the minimum agricultural land size set for each land class are not permitted, and the opinion of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry is obtained before the procedure. On jointly owned fields, we survey and show the area each co-owner actually uses and advise on the solutions the legislation allows. On land consolidation projects we provide survey support to the implementing agency and contractors.

The process consists of: Preliminary Check (1–3 days), Field Survey (1–3 days), Agency Opinion (10–30 days), Office Work (2–5 days), Review & Registration (5–15 days). Total duration depends on the parcel, the file and the workload of the relevant authority.
